Is the ProHoop compatible with my camera?
The ProHoop is compatible with dslr and mirrorless camera systems. With an inner diameter of 120mm and an outer diameter of 168mm, it is designed to securely hold professional camera bodies. It is not recommended for compact cameras — due to their smaller size, there is a risk that the camera may not sit securely within the hoop. If you are unsure whether your camera is compatible, feel free to contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 2 business days. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product has not been used and shows no signs of damage. Contact us and we will guide you through the return process.
